Our owner, Sami Ahmad, always found himself drawn to the kitchen. In 2014, he turned his passion into a business and founded our restaurant, St. Louis Gyros. Since then, we’ve been busy crafting locally-sourced produce, fresh meats and cheeses, and bold spices into delicious, wholesome wraps, salads, and other favorites. Whether you’re a student looking for some quick takeout, a family stopping in for dinner, or a CEO ordering catering for a corporate lunch, you can count on us. Our seasoning blend might be a secret family recipe, but we’re always happy to share our gyros, baklava, and more with our family, friends and neighbors from across St. Louis and beyond!
